When returning items, we want to make this process as easy as possible.
All item(s) returned will need to be sent within 7 days of receiving your products. Any item(s) returned will need to be in its original condition, have not been worn, washed or damaged with tags still attached with proof of purchase.
If you require a change of item(s), we will ensure that the new item received is of equal value.
Ally’s Maternity Boutique strongly recommends using a traceable method when returning item(s). When returning item(s) shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for all exchanges. Ally’s Maternity Boutique will cover all shipment cost to send out a replaced item however if you require express post this will cost you an addition $15 and you will need to inform us. If you require an item(s) replaced a second time both cost of shipping your item(s) back to us and the cost of shipping the new item(s) back out to you, will be up to you (the customer).

Items for pre-order purchases will be detailed on the individual products page, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Once items have been dispatched you will receive a notification.
